Q Gear Shipping Policy

We use print on demand (POD) service providers for our products and ship worldwide. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations (defined as outside the United States).  For international orders, email us at “info@qgear.us.” and include order details in the email along with your shipping information.  When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Q Gear Return/Exchange Policy

We want all our customers to be satisfied and will work with you within the confines of the below listed policies to satisfy you to the best of our ability. The policy listed below is our guideline, however we can deviate from our stated guideline, within reason, to satisfy you in a manner both you the customer and we the retailer are happy with. Keep in mind, because we use a print on demand (POD) service to fulfill customer orders any product you purchase from our website, we do not have the ability to return, we own it as well.

Because we use POD service providers for our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any print on demand product unless there was an error on the part of the service, such as the wrong design printed or the wrong garment used or the wrong size garment was shipped out. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Refunds are only granted on items which are errors by the production department.

If you elect for a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
